Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale, handmade, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Return
- Contact us within 7 days with your order number.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange return instructions within Egypt.
Refunds (COD Orders)
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer after inspection.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on availability.
- If unavailable, store credit will be offered.
Damaged or Wrong Item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
