Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale, handmade, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return

  • Contact us within 7 days with your order number.
  • Once approved, we’ll arrange return instructions within Egypt.

Refunds (COD Orders)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer after inspection.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on availability.
  • If unavailable, store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
